Booking & Policies

Simply call, email, or fill out our inquiry form with your event details (date, location, guest count, rental needs), and we’ll send a customized quote.

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your rentals. Once the deposit is paid, you can add or remove items, and your balance will adjust accordingly.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead for weddings and larger events. For corporate and smaller parties, 4–6 weeks is usually enough.

Delivery & Setup

Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown, so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Delivery fees depend on distance, size of order, and accessibility of the venue. We’ll include all costs upfront in your quote.

Some smaller items may be eligible for pickup, but most rentals include delivery and setup to ensure quality and safety.

Pricing & Payments

We do our best to stay competitive and already offer fair pricing. In some cases, we also provide package discounts or seasonal promotions.
We accept credit cards, checks, Zelle, and ACH transfers. Payment details are included in your invoice for convenience.
Yes — a deposit secures your rentals, and the remaining balance is due before your event. We can also split payments into multiple installments if needed.

Event Day & Emergencies

We offer tents, umbrellas, and contingency options for outdoor events. If weather is a concern, we’ll work with you on backup solutions.
For larger events, yes — our crew remains available for adjustments. For smaller rentals, we return for breakdown once your event ends.
We understand accidents happen. Any damages or missing items will be billed after the event, but we’ll always discuss fair solutions with you.

Logistics

Yes, we can accommodate multi-location events (ceremony + reception, for example) with advance notice.

Standard rentals are for 1 day. Extended rentals (2–3 days or more) are available upon request.
We can provide certificates of insurance if your venue requires it, and we’ll guide you if permits are needed for tents or large structures.
